Sponsoring & Gift Aid

We want to raise as much money as possible in order to help CCS further their work with children.

You can sponsor us in two main ways:

1.  Use the JustGiving site.

JustGiving is a website that allows people to give to charity safely and securely online

By visiting our JustGiving main fundraising page :  http://www.justgiving.com/ccstriathletes2009 , you will be able to make a donation easily.  You can also check back and see how we're doing, as we will update our page as well as this site whenever we can.  There may well be an additional fundraising page for someone you're sponsoring - go to the JustGiving home page and search for CCS Adoption donation pages

JustGiving also allows taxpayers to ask for Gift Aid to their donation, which means CCS gets another 28 % at no cost to you !

2. "Offline" - using sponsor forms, cash and cheques in the traditional way.

RIGHT-CLICK HERE AND CHOOSE "SAVE TARGET AS" TO DOWNLOAD SPONSOR FORM

CCS Young Triathletes have their own sponsor form which can be downloaded from the bottom of this page CCS Young Triathletes

Sponsors should complete the form and forward with donations to our free-of-charge sponsorship administrators, Esther White Chartered Accountants, 236 Henleaze Road, Bristol BS9 4NG (cheques only by post please).

If you have problems downloading the form or would like us to send you some, and for any queries regarding donations, please contact Andy on 07971 544709 or andy@ccstriathletes.org.uk

However you donate, please take note of the Gift Aid rules below - thanks.

Gift Aid

  • Gift Aid allows tax paid by the donor to be re-claimed and added to their donation at a rate of 28 %
  • This boosts our fundraising by nearly one-third !
  • This doesn’t cost eligible tax-payers anything.
  • We would encourage all eligible donors to sign up for Gift Aid.
  • You will need to submit the address at which you are registered for tax. This is accommodated on the JustGiving website, and the sponsor forms.
  • The funds must be paid by the person eligible for gift aid. e.g. the cheque must be from them.
  • Only personal donations are eligible so company donations, for example, are not.  Therefore if donations can be from a tax-paying individual, that’s great !
  • Tax payers must have paid a sum equivalent to the reclaimed income tax in the relevant period.

If you have any queries about Gift Aid, please do not hesitate to contact us.  Thankyou.
